Hurricane

Wow 2 posts in one day. What a treat for all of you. lol. We found out today that a Hurricane is heading our way. Falene's classes have been canceled for the rest of the week. They are making all the students who live in the dorms evacuate and recommending that everyone else does as well. As far as I can tell, I am still working which should be fun because the storm is expected to hit while I am down in Corpus Christi early in the morning. So we shall see. I guess FEMA is already set up. There are actually at the airport here in Beeville. They are using Beeville as their "command center". So I will update this if I take any pictures or have any new information. At this point in time we are not planning on evacuating, we will have to c.

Getting Settled

Well we are just about all settled in now. Falene is going to her classes and I am working. Aidan is as happy as ever. He has discovered his toes and is playing with them constantly. He also figured out how to screech and does that randomly. We are enjoying being in Texas. It is on the hot side though. Here are a few pictures of our place and Aidan.

Well yesterday we found Dermit a new home with a young couple from Moline. He should be happy there. They apparently have a huge yard for him to romp in. The guys mom has a couple of pugs that weigh around 30 pounds. They are huge. They are probobly twice as heavy as Dermit. We will miss the little guy. I think Bob is probobly happy he is gone. Well I got back from Utah on Saturday morning just after midnight after driving straight through. I was very happy to be home and sleep on my bed. No new pictures because Falene has the camera in california were she will be till Friday. I'll be spending this week working and getting rid of stuff in preparation of moving. Yay Internet!

Well for the last week or so my internet has been very selective about were it will let me go. This site has been one of the ones that I couldn't go to. So sorry I havn't been able to update. Aidan is doing great. He growing so fast. We are doing good. We are looking forward to seeing everyone in Utah and California here in a few weeks. Here are a couple of pictures. I don't know if anyone other than Greg has this problem but I am sorry if my pictures overlap. They don't on my screen so I am not sure what is going on with that.

Texas?

For those of you who don't know. Falene got accepted into the Dental Hygiene program in Beeville Texas this spring. So that means that we will be once again moving. We are both excited for this opportunity and look forward to a new adventure. We are also excited that we have new niece. Eve was born this last week about 2 months after Aidan. We are excited to have a cousin for Aidan born so close. Aidan is growing up so fast. He is smiling at us all the time. He is so cute. I tried to measure him and it said he was around 25 inches long. Almost 4 inches in 2 months, not bad. Here are some pictures of our cute little baby.

Promotion

I was informed today that I got a promotion at work. I will now be a team leader in the backroom were I have been working. I'm now the same level as Falene, just in a different area. So that is exciting. Aidan us doing very well. He is now 10 pounds 15 ounces and is 23 inches long. So he is up a little more than 3 pounds and has gained an inch and a half in length. So he is growing really fast and is doing very well.

Well Aidan is now 4 weeks old today. It seems crazy that he has been with us for that long already. With Family gone, we are just working on getting in a schedule before Falene has to go back to work in a couple of weeks. Aidan has now gained 2 pounds over his birth weight and an inch and a half in length. He is getting so big so fast. Here are some more pictures taken this week.
